切手趣味週間 1967年（昭和42年）4月20日発行 1967年4月、郵政省は切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、黒田清輝の「湖畔」が採用された。黒田清輝（1866～1924）は、近代日本美術に多大な功績を残した画家であり、特に明治中期の洋画界を革新した功績は大きい。彼は1896年に創設された東京美術学校(The Tokyo Art School)の西洋画指導者となった。
