国際文通週間 1965年（昭和40年）10月 6日発行 1965年10月、国際文通週間（?International Letter Writing Week）切手が発行された。これは、文通による相互理解で世界平和に貢献する国際的週間である。万国郵便連合（UPU）結成日である10月9日から1週間、毎年設定されている。切手は、浮世絵師「葛飾北斎」の、富岳三十六景「三坂水面」がデザインされている。
