Girl Scout Asian Camp Issued on August 1, 1963 (Showa 38) In 1920, the Japanese Girl Scout system started by a British English teacher.Under the slogan "Prepare, always", "cultivate personality and develop knowledge", "acquire skills", "cultivate and execute a service spirit", and "promote health" to make girls feel self-esteem. The purpose was to foster courageous citizens who are physically and mentally healthy. "Health badge", "Relief badge", "Creative badge", etc.There are 29 skill chapters.  The stamp was issued in commemoration of the 1963 Girl Scouts of the Asian Games, and is designed with the Girl Scouts and the World Federation flag.
