名神高速道路開通記念 1963年（昭和38年） 7月 15日発行 1963年（昭和38年）7月、名神高速道路は、日本初の都市間高速道路として一部開通し、1965年に全線開通した。日本高速道路公団は、同時に首都高速道路の建設を推進していたが、都内のため工事事情が煩雑で、1964年の東京オリンピック開催直前に開通した。その後、1969年に東名高速道路（東京-名古屋）が開通し、1982年に中央自動車道の全線が開通した。切手は名神高速道路の一部開通を記念して発行され、栗東（りっとう）インターチェンジがデザインされている。
