赤十字規約制定100年 1963年（昭和38年） 5月 8日発行 1863年に赤十字規約が制定された。しかし、当時はまだ赤十字社という名前は統一されていなかった。しかし団体の規模が大きくなるに従って統一した名称が必要となっていったため、1867年から赤十字社を各国救護社の正式名称とすることが提案され、1870年代には,各国救護社が赤十字社と改称していった。切手は、赤十字規約制定100年を記念して発行され、世界地図と赤十字100年祭マークがデザインされている。
