花シリーズ 1961年（昭和36年）1月30日～12月1日発行 1961年、郵政省は、日本の郵便事業創始90年記念事業の一つとして、季節の花をデザインした切手の発行を決定した。1月の‘すいせん'を始めとして、12月まで、計12種を発行した。この切手は、4色グラビア印刷で美しく、植物学的な考証も優れていたため、日本だけでなく世界的に人気を博した。これ以降郵政省は、日本の伝統文化や自然などのシリーズ切手を次々と発行し続けている。
Flower Series Issued on 1 30, 1960 (Showa 35) ～ 12 1, 1960 (Showa35) In 1961, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications decided to issue stamps designed with seasonal flowers as one of the 90th anniversary commemorative projects of Japan's postal service. A total of 12 species were issued, starting with "Narcissus flowers" in January and ending with Sasanqua in December.This stamp was beautifully printed in four-color gravure and had excellent botanical evidence, so it became popular not only in Japan but also around the world.Since then, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has issued "series stamps" of Japanese culture and nature every year.
