Philatelic Week  Issued on April 10, 1954 (Showa 29) In November 1954 (Showa 29), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a stamp hobby weekly small sheet (Kannon 10 yen x 10). The first issue after the war was 1947 (Showa 22), a small sheet of 5 Fuji 1-yen definitive stamps from Hokusai. After that, ukiyo-e prints"MIKAERI-BIJIN" (Reterned Beautiful Lady) was published in 1948 (Showa 23), and also ukiyo-e prints"TUKI-NI-KARI" (Moon & Goose) was published in 1949 (Showa 24). In 1950 (Showa 25), a small sheet of Maejima Hisoka 1-yen stamp "Postal Week" was issued, but not from 1951 (Showa 26) to 1953 (Showa 28). Since 1955 (Showa 30), the stamp hobby week has been published every year, designing ukiyo-e prints.
