四国3博覧会（岡山・松山・高松） 1949年（昭和24年）3月20日発行 1949年（昭和24年）3月、逓信省は四国3都市の産業復興及び観光にかかわる展覧会を記念して3か所の開催都市別の切手を発行した。この切手のデザインは、外国用10円はがきを流用したものである。また、3つの切手は全て同図案で、カラーだけが微妙に異なっており区別がつきにくい。この時代は切手の発行による収益が重要な財源となっており、多くの国民が記念として使用せず保管する事を狙って販売した裏事情が窺える。
