第４回国民体育大会記念(冬季) 1949年（昭和23年）発行 1949年（昭和24年）１月、逓信省は長野県諏訪市で開催された第４回国民体育大会冬季大会記念切手を発行した。デザインはフィギュア競技であるが、この切手発行当時の郵趣誌によると、バックアウトスパイラルであるはずの選手の後方に前進した場合のトレース（滑氷跡）が描かれており、本来選手の前方につくはずのトレースが逆になっている作画ミスが発見されたという。 同年２月、逓信省は北海道札幌市で開催された同大会スキー競技切手を発行した。この切手も、同じ郵趣誌によって大きな作画ミスが発見された。スキーヤーがジャンプ台から飛び立つときの最大角度が通常は27°～２８°だが、この切手は50°になっている点である。
4th National Athletic Meet (Winter Games) Issued on 1948 (Showa 23)
In January 1949 (Showa 24), the Ministry of Communications issued a commemorative stamp for the 4th National Sthletic Meet (Winter) in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture.
