切手趣味週間 1948年（昭和23年）11月29日発行
1948年（昭和23年）11月、逓信省は、第2回切手趣味週間切手を発行した。
この切手は、当時の取引高税用の1万円印紙製造機を使用して製作された5枚シート構成である。デザインは浮世絵師菱川師宣の描いた「見返り美人」である。大型であり、スケールも大きく、庶民的な美術作品を採用したことから特殊切手としては歴史的に名を遺す切手となった。
Philatelic Week Issued on November 29, 1948 (Showa 23) In November 1948 (Showa 23), the Ministry of Communications issued the 2nd Stamp Hobby Week Stamp.This stamp was made using a 10,000 yen stamp making machine for transaction volume tax at that time. The sheet consists of 5 sheets, and the title is "Stamp Hobby Week Memorial".The design is "Beauty Looking Back" drawn by Ukiyo-e artist Hishikawa Moronobu.
