赤十字・共同募金 1948年（昭和23年）10月1日発行 1948年（昭和23年）10月、逓信省は国民助け合い共同募金及び日本赤十字資金募集運動にちなみ、それぞれの切手を2種と小型シート1種を発行した。この中の赤十字切手は、看護師（当時は看護婦）の顔が西洋人のようだと話題になった。これらの切手は募金切手なので、5円額面にそれぞれ2.5円の寄付金が付けられて発行された。
