教育復興記念 1948年（昭和23年）5月3日発行 1948年（昭和23年）5月、新憲法施行1周年にあたり、新制中学・高校発足周知のため発行された。また、戦争中に日本の教育施設は空襲のために著しく破壊され、青空教室などの劣悪な環境も生じた。戦後3年目となり、教育の復興も進み、未来の教育体制を鋭意促進するという目的で発行された。
