三島切手展記念 1948年（昭和23年）4月3日発行 1948年（昭和23年）4月、三島郵便局主催の地方切手博覧会開催のため、急遽製作・発行された。製作時間が無く、3月開催時に売残った名古屋展小型シートにタイトル等を加刷して発行された。この加刷小型シートには、名古屋展覧会ではなく、同じ頃発行された大阪展小型シートに加刷されたものが混在する。また、加刷の逆刷りや印刷ズレが存在する。
Philatekic Exhibition in Mishima Issued on April 3, 1948 (Showa 23)
In April 1948 (Showa 23), the Ministry of Communications hurriedly produced and issued this small sheet for the holding of the local stamp exposition sponsored by the Mishima Post Office.This stamp had no production time and was issued with the title reprinted on the small sheet of the Nagoya exhibition that was left unsold at the time of the March event.
This reprinted small sheet contains stamps reprinted on the Osaka exhibition small sheet issued at the same time, not on the Nagoya exhibition. In addition, there are reverse printing of overprinting and printing misalignment.
