全国緑化 1948年（昭和23年）4月1日発行
1948年4月、逓信省は「全国緑化」切手を発行した。終戦によって日本は国土全体が大きな破壊と損傷を受けた。都市部だけでなく、 国土の8割を占める森林も大きな被害があり、戦時物資として木材が乱伐により大量消費されたことも含めて、日本の緑化（植林や森林整備など）による 国土の復興が促進された。
切手シート上部には、「荒れた国土を平和な緑で」の標語が記されている。
