切手趣味週間記念 1947年（昭和22年）11月1日発行 逓信省は、1947年11月1日から1週間を「切手趣味週間」と定めてその普及に乗り出した。しかし、その第1号切手の図案は粗末だった。デザイン性に乏しく、北斎富士1円切手5枚を配置した小型シートである。当初は国立公園切手縦型サイズを用いてわが国初の竜切手と英国初のペニーブラックを配置する予定だったが、準備期間不足のためこのレベルとなった。戦後の混乱期を反映するシーンであろう。
