第２回国民体育大会記念 1947年（昭和22年）10月25日発行
1946年（昭和21年）、第1回国民体育大会が京都で開催されたが、その時は記念切手発行は無かった。1947年（昭和22年）10月、第2回国民体育大会が金沢県で開催された。上記切手4種は、その記念のために発行された。
切手シートは4種連刷で80面となっており、構成は当時としては画期的だった。
2nd National Athletic Meet Issued on October 25, 1947 (Showa 22)
In 1946 (Showa 21), the 1st National Sports Festival was held in Kyoto, but no commemorative stamps were issued at that time.In October 1947 (Showa 22), the 2nd National Athletic Meet was held in Kanazawa Prefecture.
The above four stamps were issued to commemorate the event. The number of stamp sheets is 80 in 4 types of continuous printing, and the composition was epoch-making at that time.
