京都切手展 1947年（昭和22年）8月19日発行 1947年（昭和22年）5月の東京切手展覧会を皮切りに、全国各地に同様の切手展覧会が巡回開催された。第2回目は京都で開催された。当初は、東京切手展覧会の余った切手を流用する予定だったが、不評のため、清水寺の通常切手を5枚配置したデザインとなった。
