東京切手展 1947年（昭和22年）5月15日発行 1947年5月、郵便書状切手が1.2円に値上げされ、その時発行された通常切手を流用して制作された。これ以降、逓信省は全国の切手博覧会記念のために多くの小型シートを濫発した。それらのほとんどが通常切手を加工したものでデザイン性に乏しく、逓信省の収入増加目的に発行されたものが大半である。
