大東亜戦争１年 1942年（昭和17年）12月8日発行 1941年（昭和16年）12月8日、日本はアメリカに宣戦布告し、太平洋戦争が勃発した。1年後には日本は連合軍に対して劣勢となったが、政府は逓信省に指示して、陸軍と海軍の戦闘をデザインした切手を2種発行した。
