関東局始政30年記念 1936年（昭和11年）9月1日発行 1936年（昭和11年）9月、1906年に日本がポーツマス条約によってロシアから遼東半島の先端部分「関東州」の租借権を譲り受けてから30年経過したことを記念して、3種の切手が発行された。この切手は、原画を関東州で作成し、印刷は日本で行われた。逓信省の発行でありながら関東局管内だけで発売されたため発行枚数が少ない。

Issued on September 1, 1936 (Showa 11)
In September 1936 (Showa 11), three kinds of stamps were issued to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Japan's acquisition of the leasehold right from the Liaodong Peninsula "Kantoshu" by Russia in 1906 under the Ports mouth Treaty. This stamp was designed in Kanto and printed in Japan. Although issued by the Ministry of Communications, the number of issues is small, because it was released only within the jurisdiction of the Kanto Bureau.
