郵便創始50年記念 1921（大正10年）4月20日発行 1871年に創始された日本の郵便制度は、1921年4月に50年を迎えた。デザインは複雑で、1.5銭と4銭は竜切手を四隅に配置し、郵便旗「〒」を入れた。日本の郵便マークは当初閣議決定で逓信省の頭文字の「T」だったが、UPU既定の料金不足記号と判明したので、訂正して「〒」となった。３銭と１０銭は逓信省庁舎が描かれている。
