飛行郵便試行記念切手 1919年（大正8年）10月3日発行 1919年（大正8年）、東京から大阪へ飛行機による郵便輸送が行われた。これは日本初ではなく、日本人による初の郵便飛行が正しい。この時、飛行が延期されたため郵便物は「飛行中止」の消印が押され鉄道で運ばれた。実際の郵便飛行は同年10月22日に実施された。
