1989年シリーズ（封書62円時期） 1989年（平成元年) １９８９年から導入された消費税（3％）により、郵便料金に税額が上乗せされる事となった。封書２円、はがき１円のほか、額面に連動して税額が上乗せされた切手が７種発売された。
