1980年シリーズコイル切手（封書60円時期）1981年（昭和56年）－1982年（昭和57年） １９８０年、封書郵便料金が５０円から６０円に値上げされ、その他切手も料金改定された。上記４種は、１９８０年シリーズのコイル切手である。
