1980年シリーズ（封書60円時期） 1980年（昭和55年）～1988年（昭和63年） １９８０年、封書郵便料金が５０円から６０円に値上げされ、その他の切手も料金改定された。これらの切手は、定額面に動植物、中額面に工芸品、高額面に国宝と美術品がデザインされている。上記は、１９８０年から１９８９年迄発行された通常切手２０種である。
