郵便切手貯金台紙 1941年（昭和16）7月1日 発行 1946年7月、逓信省は郵便貯金切手（切手及び台紙）を発行した。これは、台紙に印刷された10銭を切手として使用可能な日本最初の切抜き切手である。発行目的は少額貯金募集である。描かれている人物は、二宮金次郎（尊徳：たかのり）。彼は、江戸時代後期の経世家、農政家、思想家で、農民から勉学を重ねて出世した、戦前の日本人の模範的人物である。
Postage stamp savings mount Issued in July 1, 1946 (Syowa16) In July 1946, the Ministry of Communications issued postage stamps (stamps and mounts). This is Japan's first stamp that can be used as a stamp with 10 sen printed on the mount. The purpose of issuance is to solicit small savings. The person depicted is Kinjiro Ninomiya (Ninomiya Sontoku: Takanori). He was a medieval, agricultural politician, and thinker in the late Edo period, and was a model of the prewar Japanese who had studied and succeeded from farmers.
