植林 1951（昭和26年） 2月19日発行 琉球の植林の歴史は、16世紀初頭にさかのぼる。植林を表す「蔡温」は、王国全体に森林育成と保護策、そして林業技術の確立させている。それは後に『林政八書』としてまとめられた。植林技術書に始まり、森林立地鑑定法、役所の権限と制度、行政職務規定、森林官の役割・森林犯罪に対する罰則や法令集が残されている。切手は1951年2月に発行され、琉球松と「祭温」がデザインされている。
Reforestation Issued on Feb. 19, 1951 (Showa26) The history of Ryukyu tree planting dates back to the early 16th century. Sai On, which stands for tree planting, has established forest cultivation, conservation measures, and forestry technology throughout the kingdom. It was later compiled as "Hayashi Seihachisho". Beginning with the afforestation technology book, the Forest Location Appraisal Law, the authority and system of government offices, administrative job regulations, the role of forest officers, penalties for forest crimes, and a collection of laws and regulations are left. The stamp was issued in February 1951 and is designed with Ryukyu pine and "Festival".
