琉球政府創立 1952（昭和27年） 4月1日発行 1945年（昭和20）6月、沖縄はアメリカ軍に占領され、1972年（昭和47）まで実質的に統治された。1952年（昭和27）の日米講和条約締結後も沖縄はアメリカの統治下に置かれた。その時創立された琉球政府は、1952年（昭和27）から1972年（昭和47）まで、沖縄本島を中心に存在した。1972年、沖縄県の日本変換により消滅し、沖縄県に移管された。
