全琉緑化 1961（昭和36年） 5月 1日発行 1959年に開始された全琉緑化運動に続き、1961年にもこの社会運動の記念切手が発行された。当時の沖縄は、太平洋戦争の最後の激戦地となったことで、膨大な自然や施設が激しく破壊され、琉球政府及び民間による復旧が大きな使命だった。切手は、その宣伝のために、1963年にも発行された。
