母の日 1964年（昭和39年） 5月 10日発行 母の日は、5月の第2日曜日にアメリカのアンナという女性が亡き母を思い教会でカーネーションを配ったところから、母に感謝を伝える日として世界的に広まった。沖縄では、1964年（昭和39）に母の日の記念として発行された。因みに、この切手は「みほん」加刷が1100枚配賦されている。
