切手趣味週間 1971（昭和46年） 4月 15日発行 沖縄の切手趣味週間切手は、古代琉球王国時代の工芸品や美術品が多く取り上げられている。今回は「タークー（湯庫）」＊が採用された。タークーは、屋外行事や祖先供養など、屋外へ湯や茶などを持ち運ぶために使われた木製保温容器で、主に首里の士族が用いた。 参考；『文化遺産オンラインHP.』2022.3
Philatelic Week Issued on Apr. 15, 1971 (Showa46) Okinawa Stamps Hobby Week stamps feature many crafts and works of art from the ancient Ryukyu Kingdom era. This time, "Taku" * was adopted. Taku is a wooden heat insulating container used to carry hot water and tea outdoors for outdoor events and ancestral memorial services, and was mainly used by the Shuri samurai.
