速達切手 1950年（昭和25年）1月21日発行 1950年1月、沖縄の離島への郵便の迅速性を図る目的で速達切手が発行された。ただし、当時の配達手段は船によるものが多く、台風やその他の気象条件が悪い時には遅滞した。沖縄の速達切手は、この1種だけである。
Special Delivery Stamp Issued on Jan. 21 , 1950 (Showa25) In January 1950, express stamps were issued for the purpose of speeding up mailing to remote islands in Okinawa. However, most of the delivery methods at that time were by ship, and it was delayed when typhoons and other bad weather conditions were bad. This is the only type of express delivery stamp in Okinawa.
