年賀切手 1965年用 1964（昭和39年） 12月 10日発行 沖縄の年賀郵便は、1955年の「琉球年賀はがき」の発行が始まりである。年賀切手はその翌年1956年12月に1957年用年賀切手として発行された。年賀切手は、この年から1972年本土復帰まで継続して発行された。この年のデザインは「蛇とアヤメの紅型」である。
New Year's Greeting Stamps Issued on Dec. 10, 1964 (Showa39) Okinawa's New Year's mail began with the issuance of the "Ryukyu New Year's postcard" in 1955. The New Year's stamp was issued in December 1956 the following year as a 1957 New Year's stamp. New Year's stamps were issued continuously from this year until the return to the mainland in 1972. The design of this year is "Bingata of snakes and irises".
