第16回リハビリテーション世界会議 1988年（昭和63年） 9月 5日発行 昭和63年9月、第16回リハビリテーション世界会議が東京で開催された。メインテーマ「総合リハビリテーション―その現実的展開と将来展望」のもとに、学術プログラム、映画祭、展示など多彩なプログラムが含まれた。切手はこの会議を記念して発行され、「世界地図とシンボルマーク」がデザインされている。

In September 1988, the 16th World Congress on Rehabilitation was held in Tokyo. Under the main theme of "Comprehensive Rehabilitation-Practical Development and Future Prospects", various programs such as academic programs, film festivals, and exhibitions were included. A stamp was issued in commemoration of this conference, and a "world map and symbol mark" was designed.
