切手趣味週間 1988年（昭和63年） 4月19日発行 郵政省は、1988年4月、切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、鳥居言人（とりい ことんど）画「長襦袢」と「帯」が採用された。鳥居言人は、大正から昭和の日本画家である。作品は、清楚な画風の肉筆浮世絵や挿絵を描いている。
Philatelic Week Issued on April 19, 1988 (Showa 63) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamp hobby week stamps in April 1988. This time, Torii Kotondo's paintings "Nagajuban (Japanese clothes underwear)" and "Obi (Japanese clothes belt)" were adopted. Torii Kotondo was a Japanese painter from the Taisho era to the Showa era. His work depicts neat and clean style of hand-drawn ukiyo-e and illustrations.
