第４１回国民体育大会 1986年（昭和61年）10月 9日発行 第41回国民体育大会は1986年（昭和61年）に山梨県（冬季大会の一部は北海道）を中心に開催された。冬季大会（スケート・アイスホッケー競技）及び夏季・秋季大会のテーマは「かいじ国体」で、冬季スキー競技のテーマは「えぞふじ倶知安国体」だった。切手は「第41回国民体育大会」を記念して発行され、「床運動と富士山」がデザインされている。
41th National Athletic Meet Issued on October 9, 1986 (Showa 61)
The 41st National Athletic Meet was held in 1986 (Showa 61) mainly in Yamanashi Prefecture (a part of the Winter Games is Hokkaido). The theme of the Winter Games (skating / ice hockey competition) and the summer / autumn competition was "Kaiji National Athletic Meet", and the theme of the Winter Ski Competition was "Ezofuji Kutchan National Athletic Meet".
The stamp was issued in commemoration of the "41st National Athletic Meet" and designed "Floor Movement and Mt. Fuji".
