The Japanese Cabinet is a Japanese government founded in 1885. It is a collegial body composed of the Prime Minister and other Ministers of State (Article 66 of the Constitution). In domestic affairs, he enforces the law, manages national affairs, controls civil servant affairs, submits a budget bill to the Diet, enacts government ordinances, and decides on amnesty.
