ユニバーシアード神戸大会 1985年（昭和60年） 8月 24日発行
1985年8月に兵庫県神戸市で開催された「夏季ユニバーシアード（XIII Summer Universiade）」は、106カ国、4,400人の選手・役員が参加し、10競技120種目で行われた。日本からは291人の選手が参加した。また、神戸市より、42,000人の市民がボランティアとして参加し、スポーツ国際大会運営のモデルケースとなった。
切手はこれを記念して発行され、体操競技がデザインされている。

The "XIII Summer Universiade" held in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture in August 1985 was held in 120 events in 10 competitions with the participation of 4,400 athletes and officers from 106 countries. 291 players from Japan participated. In addition, 42,000 citizens from Kobe City participated as volunteers and became a model case for running an international sports competition.
Stamps are issued to commemorate this, and gymnastics competitions are designed.
