第20回全国菓子大博覧会 1984年（昭和59年） 2月 24日発行 1984年2月、全国菓子大博覧会が開催された。この大会は、日本の地方博覧会のひとつで、和菓子を中心に、洋菓子、スナック菓子等も含めた日本最大の菓子業界の展示会である。全国菓子工業組合連合会が主催している。切手は、和菓子と茶筅（茶の道具）がデザインされている。
Grand Confectionary Fair Issued on February 24, 1984 (Showa 59) In February 1984, the National Confectionery Expo was held. This tournament is one of Japan's regional expositions, and is the largest confectionery industry exhibition in Japan, including Japanese confectionery, Western confectionery, and snack confectionery. It is sponsored by the National Confectionery Industry Association. The stamps are designed with Japanese sweets and chasen (tea utensils).
