第38回国民体育大会 1983年（昭和58年）10月15日発行 第38回国民体育大会は、1983年に開催された国民体育大会である。歴史的に３度目の「一県で開催した国体」で、テーマは「あかぎ国体」、スローガンは「風に向かって走ろう」である。郵政省はこの大会を記念して切手を発行し、「なぎなた競技と妙義山」がデザインされている。
38th National Athletic Meet Issued on October 15, 1983 (Showa 58)
The 38th National Athletic Meet was held in Gunma Prefecture in October 1983. This is the third National Athletic Meet held in one prefecture in history. The theme is "Akagi National Athletic Meet" and the slogan is "Let's run toward the wind".
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamps to commemorate this tournament, and "Naginata Competition and Mt. Myogi" was designed.
