第12回国際港湾協会総会 1981年（昭和56年） 5月 25日発行 国際港湾協会の総会は毎年開催され、世界港湾会議(World Ports Conference)と呼ばれている。重要事項は総会時に開催される年次全体会議（Annual General Meeting）で討議される。世界の港湾・海事産業が直面するさまざまな問題・課題を取り上げる作業部会（Working Session）も総会で開催され、参加者が最新の情報・意見を交換するフォーラムの役目を果たしている。切手は東京開催の第１２回国際港湾会議総会を記念して発行され、「コンテナ船と会議マーク」がデザインされている。
The 12th Conference of IAPH Issued on May 25, 1981 (Showa 56) The General Assembly of the International Port Association is held annually and is called the World Ports Conference.
