国際文通週間 1980年（昭和55年） 10月 6日発行 1980年10月、国際文通週間（International Letter Writing Week）切手が発行された。これは、文通による相互理解で世界平和に貢献する国際週間である。万国郵便連合（UPU）結成日である10月9日から１週間、毎年設定されている。切手は、江戸時代の絵師'渡辺始興（わたなべもとおき’）画「鶴図（つるず）」がデザインされている。
