切手趣味週間 1979年（昭和54年）4月20日発行 1979年４月、郵政省は切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は「立美人図」が採用された。立美人図を描いた懐月堂安渡（かいげつどうやすのり）は、江戸時代１８世紀前半に活躍した浮世絵師であり、弟子たちを従えて工房を営み、吉原の遊女などを題材にした肉筆美人画を多く残し人気を得た。
