人権週間 1978年（昭和53年） 12月 4日発行
1978年12月、郵政省は人権週間切手を発行した。人権週間は、1948年（昭和23年）12月、国連総会において、世界人権宣言が採択された日を記念してできた。
「人権」というのは、人間が人間らしく生きる権利で、生まれながらに持つ権利であり、全ての人が個人として尊重される平和で豊かな社会を実現することを目標としている。切手は、「世界人権宣言３０年マークと、太陽と家族」がデザインされている。
Human Rights Week Issued on December 4, 1978 (Showa 53)
In December 1978, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a Human Rights Week stamp. Human Rights Week was held in December 1948 (Showa 23) to commemorate the day when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted at the United Nations General Assembly. "Human rights" is the right of human beings to live like human beings, which is a natural right, and aims to realize a peaceful and prosperous society in which all people are respected as individuals.
The stamp is designed with the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights 30 Years Mark, Sun and Family".
