第２次国宝シリーズ 4 1978年（昭和53年）1月26日 / 3月3日発行 郵政省は、第1次国宝切手を1967年から発行した。1976年12月、同省はそれに続き第2次国宝切手を4集・16種発行した。今回のシリーズで採り上げられたのは、奈良時代から江戸時代初期までの国宝の歴史的建造物と仏像と絵画である。（本リーフは第7集と8集を掲載）
2nd National Treasures Series 4 Issued on 1. 26, 1978 (Showa52) / 3. 3, The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has issued the first national treasure stamp since 1967. In December 1976, the ministry subsequently issued 4 collections and 16 types of second national treasure stamps. This series features historical buildings, Buddhist statues and paintings of national treasures from the Nara period to the early Edo period. (This leaf contains the 7th to 8th collections)
