交通安全運動 1969年（昭和44年） 5月 10日発行 全国交通安全運動は、交通安全の普及・浸透を図り、交通ルールの遵守と正しい交通マナーを自覚するものです。道路交通環境の改善にを推進することにより、交通事故防止の徹底を図ることを目的として、毎年、春と秋の2回実施されている。切手は、交通安全運動促進のため発行され、道を渡る母子がデザインされている。
National Traffic Safety Campaign Issued on May 10, 1969 (Showa 44) The National Traffic Safety Campaign aims to popularize and permeate traffic safety, and is aware of observance of traffic rules and correct traffic manners. It is held twice a year, in spring and autumn, with the aim of thoroughly preventing traffic accidents by promoting the improvement of the road traffic environment.
