It was held at the Japan Budokan on the 23rd of March. TwiceThe stamp was issued in commemoration of the 100th year of the Meiji era, and designed by the 100th year of the Meiji festival mark and the painting "Tokyo Gochakuran" (a picture depicting the ceremony of entering the Edo Castle of the Emperor Meiji).
