愛の血液 助け合い運動 1965年（昭和40年）9月1日発行 日本における「愛の血液助け合い運動」は1965年から始まった。現在、全国都道府県を中心に継続的な成分献血の促進を図ることを目的としている。切手は、この運動開始を記念して発行され、採血車と子供がデザインされている。
Blood Donation Campaign Issued on September 1, 1965 (Showa 40) The "Love Blood Helping Movement" in Japan began in 1965. Currently, the purpose is to promote continuous blood donation of components mainly in prefectures nationwide. Stamps were issued to commemorate the start of the movement .it's designed with blood collection vehicles and children.
