切手趣味週間 1955年（昭和30年）11月1日発行 1955年（昭和30年）11月、郵政省は「切手趣味週間」切手１種を発行した。デザインは、浮世絵師の喜多川歌麿「ビードロを吹く娘」である。この頃から多色グラビア印刷が可能となったため、横33ミリ×縦48ミリの大型切手は国内だけではなく世界を驚かせた。これ以降、10年ほど浮世絵を題材とした「切手趣味週間」切手の発行が続いた。
Philatelic Week Issued on November 1, 1955 (Showa 30) In November 1955 (Showa 30), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued one type of stamp for "Stamp Hobby Week".The design is Utamaro Kitagawa, an ukiyo-e artist, "Young Lady Blowing a Bidro". Since multicolor gravure printing became possible around this time, large stamps with a width of 33 mm and a height of 48 mm surprised not only Japan but also the world. Since then, "Stamp Hobby Week" stamps have been issued for about 10 years with the theme of Ukiyo-e.
