国際商業会議所 1955年（昭和30年）5月16日発行 1955年（昭和30年）5月、 郵政省は第15回国際商工会議所世界大会開催記念切手１種を発行した。この年、日本商工会議所（渋沢栄一会長）は国際商工会議所（ICC）世界大会を誘致し東京で開催。45カ国、1500名が参加した。 この切手は、今までの日本切手とは異なり、グラビア印刷4色刷の美麗な切手である。この後、日本の記念切手は、グラビア多色刷りが多く発行されるようになった。

Issued on May 16, 1955 (Showa 30) In May 1955 (Showa 30), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a kind of stamp commemorating the 15th World Congress of the International Chamber of Commerce.This year, the Japan Chamber of Commerce (Chairman Eiichi Shibusawa) invited the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) World Congress to hold it in Tokyo. 1500 people from 45 countries participated.
